Good day,

In FFA trade, after entering a trade in the list view, it would be extremely helpful if the Rate/Lump (the percentage of commission charged by the broker on each trade) could be displayed directly in the main list view. This addition would greatly assist with month-end reconciliation, as it would allow us to easily identify the commission deducted by each broker.
For example, as shown in the attached screenshot, the value “0.1” appears, but it is not currently visible in the main list view.
Having this field available at a glance would make it much easier to reconcile different trades and quickly see the rate charged by each broker. Additionally, I noticed there is no filter option for Rate/Lump in the main screen, which limits our ability to sort or search by this value.
Request for adding the Rate/Lump field to the main list view for FFA trades.

When multiple bunker lifts are done during a TC-IN and these are paid for by the shipowner (Paid by TCI-OWNER in bunker lifting window, voyage detail), it is not permitted to include the price for each bunker lift. Only an average price is permitted in the Supplement to Delivery section of the TC-IN, and this average price is applied to all bunker lifts. This is incorrect, causing the bunker PNL for each voyage to be incorrect when any of these lifts are consumed. It also shows the same price for all lifts in the owner's payment details, which is not the reality.

It is necessary to be able to include the actual price for each lift so that the PNL is calculated correctly for each voyage and the payment for the owner show each lift with its corresponding price.

A solution would be to allow the price to be included in the bunker lifting window for each bunker lift when Paid By TCI-OWNER is indicated, or to be able to include multiple lines of supplements to delivery, not just one.

Summary: The Sustainability tab on the IMOS voyage screen provides real-time metrics such as Total CO₂ Emitted,Fuel Consumed,Distance Sailed,Cargo Carried, AER, and CII Rating. These insights update as the voyage progresses, providing valuable real-time data at the individual voyage level. IMOS Analytics currently lacks a way to extract or view this data across multiple voyages in one place. Having this feature would be highly beneficial,as it would offer a more user-friendly way to access key metrics-allowing users to view data for multiple voyages in a single consolidated report, rather than checking each voyage individually
Solution: It would be helpful to have the key data points from the Sustainability tab made available in a way that allows teams to create their own real-time reports. This would make it much easier to track and compare emissions and other sustainability metrics across multiple voyages, vessels, or even entire fleets—all in one place.
Dear Veson Team & Community,

we'd like to suggest the implementation of a global report that allows users to identify all voyages containing a red warning triangle, indicating invalid or illogical data entries (e.g. due to missing or conflicting voyage parameters).

Currently, such warnings are only visible within the individual voyage screens, which makes it difficult to track issues systematically across the fleet or organization. A centralized view would greatly improve data quality control and workflow efficiency.

It would also be helpful if the error messages could be categorized by area (e.g. bunker, cargo, ports, etc.) so we can quickly address the responsible inputs and users.

This feature would provide valuable transparency and help ensure that operational and financial reporting remains accurate and consistent.

Thank you for considering this suggestion!

Best regards,

Instead of going into each vessel one by one, you'd like to apply the exclusion in bulk for multiple vessels at once.

Introduce an option to exclude line items from accruals at the Fixture level, applicable to multiple vessels in one go. Ideally, this could be implemented in one of the following ways:

1. Exclude from Accrual" Flag at Fixture Level
2. Rule-Based Exclusion Logic
3. Upload Template for Bulk Exclusion

Request Summary

In the Bunker Purchase Order screen, there is a checkbox called “Hide Lines with Zero Quantity.”
Right now, this checkbox is not checked by default. However, our team always checks it first whenever we open a PO. We are requesting to make this checkbox ticked by default, so users don’t have to do it manually every time.

Why This is Needed: This checkbox is used every time, and manually checking it is repetitive.

If we forget to check it, it can cause confusion by showing unnecessary lines.

It would save time and improve accuracy if the box was already checked when we open the screen.

What We’re Suggesting: We would like this checkbox to work like the Port Expenses screen, where a config flag (CFGHideZeroPortExpenses) allows similar behavior.

We asked Veson, and they said this feature is not currently available.
So we’re asking to either:

1)Make the checkbox checked by default, or

2)Add a config setting to control this behavior.

There are different bunker calculation methods for different deal types. TCI's typically calculate on a FIFO (First In First Out) basis, whilst TCO's typically use LIFO (Last In First Out). Across a re-let deal this creates a P&L valuation variance.

This is mainly caused because whilst the bunker quantities should be updated via the BOSS forms, the bunker prices on the TCOs are only typically updated at the end of the voyage. This is a vital step for the settlements calculations that is reliant on a manual update step where this information is already available in the system meaning that these prices COULD have been populated from the start.

As a freight trader
I should have the ability to select a bunker pricing methodology (FIFO/LIFO/Last Purchase Price) on TCOs so that the bunker prices can be calculated and auto-populated at the beginning of the voyage. So that the variance is correctly accounted for from the start and not reliant on a manual update step at the end of voyage.
