Add "Dispute" as a category under "Voyage Status" dropdown

Disputes are fairly common in shipping or any other industry. It would be helpful if we can add "Dispute" as one of the categories under "Voyage Status" drop-down since it helps operators to change the status to Dispute until the same is resolved. From reporting perspective, management can easily identify voyages which are under dispute.
