Task & Alerts - add dropdown menus if condition is based on a predefined dataset

Many rule conditions are based on data sets/list from the data center, but it will not be available to choose from a dropdown-list, but is a free text field.
This increases the risk of typos or omissions in the rule conditions.
In some rule sets, it may be possible to choose the same condition from a dropdown menu, in others it is not.
Examples (but not limited to):
- If the rule set applies to Voyage Estimate, Cargo, TC, and Voyage the "Company Code" provides a drop down menu with the list from data center. If the rule set applies to COA it is a free text field.
-Condition "Voyage Status" is free text
-"Fuel Type" is free text
-Data fields are free text - would be nice to have a calendar menu open

I'm sure we can find more examples. This is a general design gap.
Sometimes it can be difficult to find the right field in the rule designer, and the dropdown menus would also help in identifying whether the right condition has been chosen, and all outcomes included.
