Add option to make revenues to offset "Per unit Cost

The system does not take into consideration any amount under the section “Revenues” when calculating “Per unit cost”, but only the amounts under the sections "expenses" and "running costs". It could be helpful to add a configuration flag which can combine Expenses , Running costs and Revenues so that the formula could be (Expenses+Running Costs-Revenues)/cargo loaded=Per metric ton.

Marine LE PODERit would be a nice update to have pnl showing the cost pmt ( ie same feature than we can have in the estimate module)
