Voyage Estimate Latest Voyage Bunker

Currently in VIP, Bunkers does not take the latest voyage estimate bunker for scenarios where we bareboat in for several voyages and CFGUseVesselLastFuelQuantity will take the bareboat-in bunkers which is not correct.
Configuring VIP to extract latest bunkers from last same company does not work as well as a vessel may be to different owner companies across voyages hence it will not reflect latest by voyage.
Please have a setting to allow both this scenarios and still retrieve the latest voyage bunkers.
