Better handling of error - TDE - Save/Save and Post

Presently, an invoice could not be action-ed (Save/Save and Post) on when the Account Period is closed. The buttons are visible but nothing happens upon clicking them. It would be ideal to have some form of warning message informing that there is a validation performed and points to the possible root causes.
