As a Financial Controller, I want to be able to update remarks of posted invoices so that I can track aging ARs.
After an invoice is posted, there are a number of scenarios that can happen while waiting for payment from the counterparty. Some examples include:
Customer disputing the invoice
Customer having problems paying - late payments, bankrupt, technical difficulties with payment system or bank
Waiting for a credit note
Enabling updates to the Additional Remarks field will allow users to include such information and generate reports to keep management updated.
Given that an invoice is posted, when I go to the “Remarks” tab in the financial invoice and click on the “Additional Remarks” field to input data, then I will be able to input data and save the invoice successfully.
