Canal Transit ETAs/ETDs Should Have Blue Font Until Actual

In the Voyage Manager itinerary, Canal Transits (I function) currently show up in grey font, including the ETAs and ETDs. However, these dates are either estimated or actual, and they should show in blue font (estimated) and black font (actual) to match the other dates in the itinerary.
