Last TCO clears itenerary

We use last TCO in order to have ILOCH populated to P/L. Once selected we experience IMOS clears itenerary and sets completion date to follow TCI Vessel redelivery. Should not be overwritten and if so, follow expected completion date for the voyage/TCO charterer
