Automated Estimated Demurrage Input

We need to get the two fields
- Estimated On
- Days Used
updated automatically from an external application through an Interface Message Type containing the relevant data fields in the XML structure and having a process that updates the data every time a new message is coming in.
As far as we could see, these two fields are "Estimated on Date" (data type Date, String) and "Total Used Time Minutes" (data type Double) in the table "Laytime".
In the IMOS VIP client, we would expect the Estimate amount to be shown with the correctly calculated value every time the user opens this window - after new data has come in via Interface Messages (as mentioned above.)

Financial Impact
We want to reduce manual tasks as well as ensure the voyage P&L is always as accurate as possible. We often see that Operators forget to update estimated demurrage, also that they might update it incorrectly, when the port turnaround changes. This is a big issue for our P&L reporting - also for management.
