Dry Dock Bunker Consumption Rate

We'd like to have an additional column in the 'At Port' Consumption table called DryDock, so that we can enter a DryDock consumption figure - this should be used in conjunction with the DryDock Port Function, so that our Off-Hire consumption is not using Idle Consumption Rates, which are much higher when multiplied by a lengthy Dry Dock visit
