Add Scrubber related information on the Map - on a Port basis.

It would be useful to visually see on the map where, for example, Open Loop Scrubbers are allowed or not. For example if we have a vessel with an Open Loop Scrubber fitted, en route to a Port that does not allow Open Loop Scrubbers (as per Port selection box) we'd like to see this represented visually on the map
