New status for TC contracts "Sold - Not Delivered"

We would like to add a new status for TC contracts (in and out): In addition to the already existing "Purchased - Not Delivered", we need a new status "Sold - Not Delivered".

Reason being: In our workflow, we can only change the status to "Sold" when the ship is delivered to the new owners (and it can takes several months before this happens).

This would be helpful, espcially in situations like the current Corona situation, where we may have sold vessels, but they cannot be delivered yet due to restrictions and health concerns.
