Allow Entry of Estimated Demurrage for Owner in RELT Voyages

Currently, it is not possible to enter Estimated Demurrage for Owners (eg VCIn Demurrage) on RELT voyages. The little "Estimated Demurrage" window in Voyage Manager->Laytime->Estimated Demurrage only allows you to estimate demurrage for the Charterer.

A possible workaround would be to create an actual Laytime calc for the Owner, and then mark it as status Preliminary and tick the box to Include in PnL, but when you do that, IMOS blows away the Estimated Demurrage for Charterer.

It should be possible to have Estimated Demurrage for both the Charterer and Owner in a RELT voyage.

We could either:

1. (preferred) Adjust the Estimated Demurrage form to allow for Owners Demurrage
2. Make a change to prevent a laytime calc for the Owner from blowing away Estimated Demurrage for the Charterer.
