Allow VIP to send an email when a new voyage is created

There is a feature that allows sending an e-mail when a new voyage is generated, unfortunately this is not working when you have your security settings a bit higher than basics. The imosmail.exe program has an embedded sender e-mail address which cannot be changed via a parameter.
