Allow edits to itinerary from "Map Itinerary"

The Map functionality under Distances allows you to build an itinerary (add/remove ports), but the Map Itinerary from the Voyage Manager does not. We think it would be useful if they both functioned in the same way so that you can add/remove ports in the non-completed part of the itinerary.
