Report Designer - Vessels Fuel Zone Set data field missing

Fuel Zone Set is a vessel specific field as can be seen in the below screenshot. As such the column "Fuel Zone SET ID" should exists under the "Vessel" Table in Report designer:
The column currently exists in the "Voyage" and "Voyage Estimate" tables but this is not what the client is looking for. If the vessel does not have a Fuel Zone Set defined, they are inherited from the Vessel Type or ultimately from the Global Fuel Zone Set. So, looking for the Fuel Zone Set in voyages does not give an indication whether the vessel is configured with a Fuel Zone Set or not.
