Showing Correct ETA when updating Next Upcoming Port

Currently, when you are sailing to a port and you change the next upcoming port, then the ETA to that new next upcoming port defaults to the ETA from the last noon report rather than recalculating the ETA to the new port instead. It would be better if the ETA was recalculated.
