Eco/Slow Steaming option in Voyage Manager

Hello!

We received an internal request from one of our operators who is requesting if there's any way to automate the adjustment of a vessel's speed that is eco/slow steaming on the consumption page of a given voyage and put it back to "normal speed".

Currently, this activity has been manual, but our operators wish to automate this operations which is prone to human errors. They desire a "switch that can be easily clicked on and which changes all of the ships to eco steaming function". In other words, our business users are requesting a feature which you can turn on/off easily the characteristics of a vessel that is “eco-steaming”.

This feature should be able to:
- Change automatically all the fields related speed of a vessel when it is turned on.
- The changes should have an impact on the voyage P/L.
- It should follow the standard turn of a ship which is eco/slow steaming which reduces bunker consumption.
- It should be defined at the level of the vessel’s profile.
