Warning when creating COA Cargo with inactive data

When a Cargo Name, Charterer or Broker is marked as Inactive, that data can no longer be used for creating a spot cargo. The cargo name, charterer or broker is no longer visible in the dropdown list of the cargo object form.

However, if that same Cargo Name, Charterer or Broker is linked to an existing COA, it is possible to create new cargo objects with that data. Currently there is no warning to alert the user that inactive data is being used.

Please add a Warning, so the user is aware that the COA Cargo being created contains an inactive cargo name, charterer or broker.
