Include in (Voy.) Revisions ALL task descriptions impacting P&L

We have seen examples of Voyage Revision entries which ONLY show the User ID and Timestamp, but do NOT state the specific task which was carried out. These are:
1. ‘Days Used’ on Estimate Demurrage
2. Deletion of a Voyage ‘Misc. Exp’ entry.
It is unclear how many other task descriptions are not captured, but we request that ALL tasks (create, update, delete) which impact P&L be visible under ‘Revisions’.
