To have a floating pop-up window/tooltip to display details.

Presently, if text is too long and is not able to be shown fully on the textbox, it will be cut off by an ellipsis.
It would be nice be able to see the full text being displayed via a popup window or as a tooltip instead of copying the text and pasting it on a notepad.
