Make it impossible to create invoices that are not in line with business rules

We have set up our business rules in accordance with our company's chart of accounts. However, we have noticed that it is possible to create invoice lines where source and code do not follow any of the business rules. Creating a non-compliant invoice line should at the very least give a pop up with a warning, if it should be possible at all to create/save it.

Further to this, the warning should also pick up if a rule doesn't match the Chart Of Accounts requirement. For example, for a Time Charter Other Voyage Expense, we require a voyage number in the Chart of Accounts. However, it isn't until posting that it is flagged that the voyage number is missing. This means the transaction needs to be rejected and fixed up in the TC payment, as if adding the voy no. at posting, it leads to a P&L variance due to nothing in Actual column, but a value in Posted.
