Automate Pre-paid bunkers

In short TC's the estimated bunker consumption is to be invoiced instead of the bunkers on delivery. There currently is a manual option to invoice this in IMOS, but it would be very usefull to automate this. The system should be able to recognize consumption throughout the short TC (based on the itinerary) and suggest this consumption to be invoiced at pre-defined prices or CP prices.
