Regulate local time vs. GMT for special Ramadan requirements

In Morocco, there is a specific Ramadan regulation for the period 19/4 - 31/5/2020 to be LT = GMT, instead of GMT+1. This might change for individual dates year by year, but the immediate consequence is that IMOS does not show correct GMT times, when entering LT date/times during this period.
We have a specific example, where a redelivery was only possible to be shown with correct GMT by entering an _incorrect_ LT in the port activities.
It is to be expected that the same issue will occur the years going forward, which will impact any activities where LT vs. GMT is important - particularly TC delivery/redelivery.
