Add user preference to initally keep the right pane closed when opening screens

When opening the voyage screen the P&L pane on the right defaults open. When opening analytics report the right filter pane defaults open. Within the Feature board, there appear to be a few suggestions asking to default the right panes closed that are specific to one screen or another. This is a more generic request...In every place within VIP where a right pane is defaulting open, give users the option to default them closed.
