Alter the text or add some other indication if there are attachments

There are many places to attach documents in VIP. That's great. Unfortunately, after something is attached, there is no indication to tell the next user whether or not there is some sort of attachment present. No orange dot (like tasks and alerts), or bolded text, etc.

Users either have to click on the "attachments" link every single time to check if there are attachments or they will miss them.
