Cargoes entry in Operations Itinerary

In the present setup, for entering cargo loaded/discharged, we have to click on the 3 dots for that particular port and enter using Cargo Handling option. Is it possible to introduce a feature whereby the cargo name can be directly entered under the cargo tab in operations directly by typing in the column instead of entering thru cargo handling menu.
Also, if cargo name is entered at a load port, can that cargo name be copied by default to the discharge port instead of users need to manually enter the cargo name.
