Provide a default setting for IMO2020 in Fuel Zones

Currently all companies have the Fuel Zones setting as per their own ideas and fuel types which was set at the end of 2019 to comply with IMO2020. It would be better if Veson provides a standard default Fuel Zone setting now, because the fuel consumption is now standard across the world and the transition period from 2019 to 2020 is complete.
Currently the Fuel Zone Settings done by the operations team are not verified and may not be providing the accurate fuel consumptions for a voyage as per the IMO2020 standards.
