Trade Area - The character limits should be increased

The character limits for Code is 4 and Description is 40. The voyages which are performed are loaded in one area and discharged in another. So right now what we are able to enter is only one part of the trade area. Like if the vessel has loaded from AG and discharging the cargo in ECSA. Under current situation we can update only AG under Trade area rather than AG~ECSA.

This should be increased as we have trade areas which are more than the limit available right now.

Example: NWE-USWC as code and Description is 'NORTH WEST EUROPE INCL. BISCAY TO BALTIC - WEST COAST UNITED STATES INCL. WEST COAST CANADA'

This would help us enter complete trade areas.
