A feature to hinder users to overwrite Port name in Voyage Manager.

Can you add a feature to hinder users to overwrite Port name in VM.
We are struggling with users who are overwriting port names instead of delete and insert the new port name.
This causes data integrity issues when the data is being interfaced to a 3rd party software where a port call ID is used as an identifier.
