Transshipments - Mother and Daughter vessels should be allowed to operate at the same time

We had a situation where our carrier claimed an owner's option transshipment. The carrier sent a barge to Port A to pick up a cargo while the mothership went to Port B to pickup other cargos. The barge was listed as a "TS vessel" in VIP. Unfortunately, the barge and the mother vessel ended up doing cargo operations at their respective ports at the same time.

When the cargo forms came into VIP, VIP logic did not allow the forms to be approved because to VIP, it looked like the mothership was in two places at once. We had to manually modify the PS/PE of the barge so that it's cargo operations was not overlapping with the mothership time stamps. We also had to leave notes in the system to explain why certain times were changed.

In the end, VIP should recognize that the mother and daughter are two separate vessels and allow the cargos forms to post even if the operational times overlap as that is what really happened.
