Bulk Updates for Users Under Voyage Properties

Currently we have to go into every single voyage to update the voyage properties users i.e. ops coordinators, finance coordinators one by one, it would be more convenient to have a page for bulk update where we can filter the voyages under individual's care and update the users quickly.

This would be particularly useful for bulk updating VC-ins. While there is a "Bulk Update" feature for VC-ins, it's functionality does not extend to the Properties data field. There is "Lifting Properties" functionality in the booking, that allows for VC-in properties to be updated in mass, but it is all or nothing / there is no way to pick and choose which VC-in's you want to update.
