For Address Type T (and other types, eventually), add the ability to link "Contacts" with Vessel

To have a Technical Manager PIC linked to a Voyage, but without having user to insert such manually on each and every voyage (like today), we suggest to add the ability to select one or more vessels in Address => Contacts (with Config Flag CFGAddTechMgmtCoAddType set to Y) for such PIC to be auto-linked to Vessel(s) across voyages. Such PIC will then auto-appear in the Voyage Contact List by default
