Increase 50 character limit on port remarks

The port remarks field has a 50 character limit, while you'd want to add a lot of information there.
This feature suggestion proposes to increase the port remark character field significantly.

This was already requested on 03/20by other user, but archived. Hope that now the request will achieve the required min votes.

This feature has been released on Sept 9, 2021, with the following release note:
Users can now type longer remarks in the port list screen if they update to schema version 341. The length has increased from 50 to 400 characters long.
