Data Center - Port functions to inactive & extend the limit

Hello fellow IMOS users,

I would like to propose the following changes to be made to the Port Function screen found in the Data Center:
1- Have the ability to inactivate Port Functions that are no longer being used.
2- Since our organization will need to inactivate Port Functions that are outdated, we need "space" to add new Port Functions as we are limited to 26 port functions (if we follow the default code list that is identified by the letter of the alphabet).
