Remarks at berth level under berth management

Our operators need a place to add comments related to a berth. In the Voyage Manager there is a place to add comments for the entire port but not for the individual berths. It becomes messy to use this fields if you have multiple berths and it also makes it impossible to report on.

I therefore suggest that under the Berth Management form, you add a column in the table at the top, so that you can now register Order No, Berth, Arrival, Departure and Comment. Please see attached screenshot.

In addition this field must be available in the Report Designer from the Voyage Itinerary Berth table.

The user story is that events can happen at berths that needs to be explained for other departments. Instead of maintaining separate Excel sheets to create the overview we want to be able to insert the comments directly at the source (VIP).

We then want to be able to pull this information out into reports.
