Fuel/Lube Types - Expand the character limit for Fuel Code

Hello everyone,

We would like Veson to expand the character limit applied for the field "Fuel Code" defined in the screen "Fuel/Lube Types" and used in the Vessel Detail page.
- Currently, there is a limit of 3 characters which makes it hard to distinguish a fuel code from another.

Advantages:
- Efficiency in data gathering and accuracy
- Optimization of fuel definition and usage
