Add possibility to mark/flag ports on a voyage as interim ports

We need a way to tell, by looking at a voyage itinerary, if one or more of the listed ports are considered an interim port. By the term “interim port” in this context we are referring to when the charterer opt to load or discharge at more ports than were originally provided for in the charter party agreement. The interim port conditions is specified in a clause in mentioned agreement.

This can be solved by adding a new field or flag to manually tag specific ports as interim ports.

On top of description of Interim port, please consider there might have multiple cargo operations at Interim port. Which means there might have one or more loading or discharging operation at same port. Please allow multiple cargo handling function for Interim port.
