Change the information shown, when hover-over a voyage in the Scheduling module

A suggestion to allow users to amend the information, when hover-over a given voyage. Please see attached picture. For example, users could be allowed to add agent details in load/disch port or all-fast timing or delete information they don't want to see such as "Barge Name".
