Fleet Map: Add static name tag to vessel icons

Currently, the map will only show you the name of the vessel if you hover over the icon. I'd like to request that the map show a static name tag to of all vessels if there is more than one showing in the users view. Would request to keep the vessel details in the hover feature and also the numerical icon that indicates further zooming in is required to see specific vessels.

Great idea Sarah. This will surely further enhanced the usability of the Fleet Map function.
