add resfresh feature to voyage instructions forms

Hello,
It would be nice to have refresh feature for the voyage and pnl fields on voyage instructions form. This will allow user to always have the latest voyage and pnl data on the form. As of now, there is no way to refresh or update those fields and the form only shows the data that was pulled when the form was initially created.

Amit KumarWould be more useful to stop the refresh of voyage/pnl data once a form is approved. So please add this one as well.
