AGM season to map overlay

Vsls that call to a port during designated "AGM" (formally known as the 'Asian Gypsy Moth') season, must provide documentation to government authorities when calling to Canada, USA, Argentina, Chile, Australia and NZ therefore, it would be helpful to have a map overlay so that operators can check the requirements without needing to check external websites. Each of these countries have their own calendar and areas.
