Voyage Order Template- To allow Attachments
Problem: When sending Voyage Instructions with an attachment, the attachment disappears when sending. This we thought was a bug but we have been advised to raise as an enhancement. Given how often we send attachments this is a must have to allow any attachment type.

Colin JameisonStrongly support this request
An example use case is,
As a voyage operator,
I want to be able to attach additional documentation, often pulled from other systems, to the voyage orders to be sent to the vessel
So that this information does not have to be manually keyed in and I can send all relevant information from IMOS
This will save effort, reduce the risk of errors associated with pasting information into the orders and allows a greater level of consistency for information shared between operations staff and vessels. -

Venkat80% of operator's work in IT systems is related to messages. Sending and receiving messages with attachments is a key aspect for operators. Receiving is any way not a core IMOS feature and so at least having the sending emails with attachments needs to be in, otherwise we risk losing operators not using IMOS and moving to another custom dev'd product within the company.

Per Ostman AdminEmails sent for voyage instructions will now include the form attachments as attachments in the email itself.
