Integration between DA Desk and IMOS-non-port call related costs port call cancellation charges

Integration between DA Desk and IMOS - Currently IMOS does not support any non-port call related costs such as port call cancellation charges. Hence DA Desk is sending this to our Port Agency team who will then manually create a voyage other expense to record the port call cancellation charges and post it in IMOS system. We would like to have an automated workflow from DA Desk into IMOS as we do not want to manually manage this process. Hence requesting if you could develop this feature in IMOS system so that there is an automated interface from DA Desk into IMOS.

improving integration for cancellation charges/non port calls would be brilliant. Cancellations and non port costs are a regular occurrence and having a system that can actually support real life shipping activities would not only be practical, but make the system better rounded and more fit for purpose

This is a known gap in full automation/integration from DA Desk through to SAP. We know DA Desk can send non port disbursements and in the legacy system we’ve integrated it through to SAP. This gap therefore amounts to a reduced feature replacement and the business has to adapt to additional manual steps prone to error and exhaustion. We need this automation to get the full benefit of moving away from legacy systems.
