Support new fuel types for vessels that have already used 6 fuel types

As new fuels begin to see adoption like biofuels, methanol, and ammonia, and as ships are retrofit to support new fuels, we begin to run into problems with IMOS as the system can only support 6 fuel types on a vessel. We need the Veson IMOS Platform to maintain the historic voyage integrity of the legacy fuel types such as IFO but support the addition of new fuels on vessels so that our commercial system can natively accommodate the future of marine fuels.

Add to this that new fuel types will have different CO2 Factors even within the overall category; eg 'bio fuels'. Currently VIP only allows one factor per fuel type https://veslink.com/#datacenter/fuelTypes. Ideally we need the ability to add this on https://veslink.com/#datacenter/fuelGrades and consistently integrate grades throughout VIP and not only in the bunker purchase form.
