Monthly Closing Accruals - Automated Notes

Good day Team,

While passing the monthly closing accrual / voyage period bunker entries we observe that under the notes section we see a automatic comment like

For monthly closing accrual - Accrual for February

For Voyage period bunker - Voyage Period Bunker Journal

We would like to enquire if this comment appearing in the notes section can be changed or designed to show automatically the vessel code and the voyage number.

For Example:

For monthly closing accrual - Accrual for February - 2311 - 202301

For Voyage period bunker - Voyage Period Bunker Journal - 2311 - 202301
