Add Search Function and Form Status in Agent Portal
1st request: To provide search function in Agent Portal so that easier to look for port calls. Some agents are handling up to 25K port calls annually.
2nd request: to provide the form status so that Agent will know if the submitted form has been approved/Rejected. If it is rejected, please provide a column to show the rejected reasons so that the agent can take the required actions accordingly.

HasnahAgreed please help agent as soon as possible, it coz backlog data from agent because they have difficulties to found calls they need to enter or revise.
