Include voyage status as a column in 'Voyage PnL Snapshot Manager'

Including the voyage status as a column in the voyage pnl snapshot manager would allow a filter to be added to exclude cancelled voyages that do not require a snapshot. This will speed up month end activity by identifying any voyages that are missing a snapshot that should have one.
