Able to Change Address Short Name / or / Address Full Name always showing up in all pull down

Sometimes , name of counterparti i.e. address list changes in real world .
In the meantime , we cannnot change short name becuase it is recognized as key in IMOS .
Also , we are facing the issue that short name shows up in many pull down of counterparyt in many screen (Cargo, Fxiture , etc ) ..

It would be better to be able to change address Short Name or have FUll Name always showing up in all pull down.

This sometims brings confusion .
When we choose correct charterer from pull down , input words only is caught by "short name" but "full name" .
Hence after changing full name from old one , we cannnot serach for correct (new) charterer from pull down .

at least we would like to search with full name in all pull down list around counter party
